Resurrection - Sodom - Better Off Dead (CD, Album)

Chris Witchhunter has an outstanding performance with an extreme variety of fills and strategically placed double bass thrown into the fray. The German Steamhammer label produced this recording, and the playback is dead silent, even full of static electricity. A song-by-song breakdown is not necessary, but so far side 2 is my favorite.

That's another thing lost with CDs and MP3s-- the ability to digest new music in minute intervals sides. The influence of Motorhead is well-known to Sodom fans. I first purchased "Persecution Mania" in on CD, and am now looking to get it on vinyl as part of my metal collection rebuild plan. My first setback occurred when a thief stole my first collection in the student ghetto at Michigan, Damn him or her Fortunately, I am now in the position in life to replace such treasures, and upgrade to vinyl too, when possible.
